The Memory, Education, Culture Foundation is a legal entity managing the European Centre Memory, Education, Culture in Koźlice, located at the former Stalag VIII A site.

The Foundation (previous name: Centre for Entrepreneurship Support in Zgorzelec Foundation) was established in 2002 with joint effort of the authorities of the District of Zgorzelec, Zgorzelec Commune, the City of Zgorzelec, Elektrownia Turów SA and the Association of Economic Initiatives in Zgorzelec.
